2. What we collect
Custom request form: name, phone number, WhatsApp contact preference, email (optional), type of application, vehicle make, model and year (if relevant), description, dimensions and preferred material.
Photos: the images you upload (up to 10, 10 MB each). Please avoid including people, number plates or other data that is not needed.
Contact form: name, email, subject and message.
Technical data: your language preference and cookie choice, stored in your browser. With your consent, usage statistics via Google Analytics 4.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Reviewing your request and preparing a quote — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Fulfilling the order, delivery and warranty — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Invoicing and accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Replying to messages — our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Usage statistics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep data
Requests and photos that do not become orders: up to 12 months after the last contact.
Order and invoice data: 10 years, as required by accounting law.
Contact form messages: up to 24 months.
Google Analytics data: 14 months.
5. Who we share data with
Our hosting and database provider, which stores forms and photos securely; couriers (only the data needed for delivery); our accountant; and, with your consent, Google (Analytics). We never sell your data. Some services may involve transfers outside the EEA, protected by standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To exercise them, email contact@[de-completat].ro. We reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or the authority in your EU country of residence.
7. Security
Uploaded files are stored in a private space accessible only to our team. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.
