Activity: engineering design services and delivery of prototypes and samples, including 3D-printed parts.
2. Orders and contract
Products and custom parts are offered on a quote basis. The contract is formed when you confirm our quote in writing (email or WhatsApp). We may decline requests that cannot be made safely.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the quote, in RON, with all taxes included, and delivery is shown separately. Payment is by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or cash on delivery where available. For custom parts we may ask for a deposit, stated in the quote. Promo codes (e.g. CLIMA10) apply only to the listed products and cannot be combined.
4. Delivery
We ship by courier within Romania and to the European Union. The estimated time is stated in the quote: usually 2–5 business days for catalog products and 1–3 weeks for custom parts. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered. Please check the parcel on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to contact@[de-completat].ro (you may use the model form in Annex 1 to OUG 34/2014). We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may wait until the product is returned. You bear the cost of returning it.
Exception: under Art. 16(c) of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — including parts designed and printed to order from your photos, measurements or description.
6. Warranty and conformity
Products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Law 449/2003 and OUG 140/2021. If a product does not conform, we will repair or replace it, or, if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you. The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect installation, modifications or use outside the described purpose.
7. Liability
Parts are designed for the purpose described in the quote. Fitting to a vehicle is done at your own responsibility or by an authorised workshop. We do not make parts for safety-critical systems (braking, steering, airbags).
8. Intellectual property
CAD models we create remain the property of FLIXADISE SRL unless agreed otherwise in writing. You confirm that photos and sketches you send do not infringe anyone else's rights.
9. Complaints and disputes
Contact us with any complaint at contact@[de-completat].ro; we reply within 15 days. You can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — alternative dispute resolution: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/ — or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (SOL/ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or by the competent Romanian courts, without limiting your consumer rights.
