Destinations and carriers
We currently ship only within the European Union. We do not yet ship to the United Kingdom or Turkey. Available destinations and charges are confirmed before payment or in the quote. Carriers have not yet been finalised. Production and delivery dates are estimates, stated for each order; no fixed delivery time is promised here.
Order timing and charges
Shipping costs, availability and an estimated production/dispatch window are provided before checkout or quote acceptance. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, consumer delivery is due without undue delay and within 30 days of contract conclusion under OUG 34/2014. If an agreed deadline is missed, statutory rights to an additional delivery period or termination remain available.
Receipt and damage
Risk normally passes when you or your nominated person receives the goods, not when we hand them to the carrier. Check the parcel and report damage promptly so we can investigate; a short reporting period does not remove your statutory rights. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.
