Two years from delivery
Consumers benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery under OUG 140/2021. Custom goods also retain these rights. Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue; reasonable evidence may help assessment, but does not replace your statutory rights.
Remedies
Under OUG 140/2021, you may request repair or replacement without charge, subject to the statutory conditions; proportionate price reduction or termination is available where the law permits. Repair or replacement must take place without significant inconvenience, within a reasonable period not exceeding 15 calendar days after notification, agreed in writing considering the goods and issue. For non-conformity discovered shortly after delivery, within 30 calendar days, the statutory replacement right applies. A lack of conformity appearing within one year is presumed to have existed on delivery unless incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect. No optional commercial warranty replaces these rights.

Normal wear, damage caused solely by misuse or incorrect installation, or later unauthorised modifications are not themselves manufacturing non-conformity. This does not exclude liability for defects present on delivery or other mandatory consumer rights.
