14-day withdrawal right
Consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under OUG 34/2014. For several goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last goods.
Custom and personalised goods
Under Article 16(c) of OUG 34/2014, withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This includes custom parts designed from your supplied measurements, photographs or specifications. Printing a standard catalogue product only after ordering does not, by itself, remove the withdrawal right. This exception does not remove conformity rights.
How to return
Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to flixadise@gmail.com or by post to our registered office. You may use the optional withdrawal form; no mandatory format or prior approval is required. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for return routing; this does not extend or restrict the statutory deadlines.
Return costs and refunds
You bear the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal. We reimburse payments, including the least expensive standard outward delivery offered, within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without refund fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. You may be liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Remedies for lack of conformity are free of charge, including necessary shipping.
